High Parasite is a new touring and recording band led by Aaron Stainthorpe, lead singer of My Dying Bride. Their debut album Forever We Burn will be released on September 27, 2024 via Candlelight / Spinefarm. Produced by Gregor Mackintosh (Paradise Lost), the album blends gothic metal, rock, and dark synth pop. The five-piece band, including Tombs (bass, vocals, composer), offers a dark and powerful sound they call "Death Pop." The first single, Let It Fail, will be released on May 30th, along with a music video. High Parasite will tour the UK and Ireland in autumn 2024 with Cradle Of Filth. Aaron emphasizes that the band is ready to share this new form of dark music and live the stage to the fullest.

The Old Dead Tree
Marked from the beginning by the suicide of its drummer, the group was able to overcome this tragedy to give birth to hybrid music combining metal power and raw emotions. This unique style, carried by an incredibly versatile voice, was able to conquer the European metal scene in three critically acclaimed albums before the band's separation was announced in 2009. The release of Terrified marks the unexpected reunion of the historic composers of The Old Dead Tree, Nicolas Chevrollier and Manuel Munoz, who had ceased all collaboration since 2007.
