Roland Cristal offers productions of technology Lo-fi, where samples from the internet and voices from his childhood blend together, over a generally simple yet powerful rhythmic foundation. While his DIY aesthetic often references that of Dimension Bonus (formerly Salut c'est cool), certain sounds suggest the atonal aspect of Mr. Oizo or the cold, minimalist efficiency of Kraftwerk.
